Deleting Your Personal Information:
We will use our commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request to delete your information in a timely manner. We may keep a record of all information that is deleted, and we may determine what may be deleted. For example, if we are required to keep certain information for regulatory purposes, we may be prevented from deleting that information. Even if we delete your information from our ‘live’ database, it may still be stored on other databases (including those kept for archival purposes). We are not responsible for deleting information about you from the databases of any third parties.
Our Policy Towards Children:
Our Website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, or maintain any Personal Information regarding, persons under the age of 18. If you, as a parent or guardian, become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18 and has provided us with Personal Information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information.
